Orders and delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to the UK and to many countries worldwide. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us and we'll let you know if we can help.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders. Customs duties or import taxes may apply in some countries and are the customer's responsibility.

How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive within 10 to 20 working days of ordering, because items are dispatched from our overseas partners. Delivery times to other countries can be longer. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Will I get a tracking number?

Once your order is dispatched we'll email you a confirmation and, where the carrier provides one, a tracking number. Tracking can be slow to update at first for overseas parcels.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If it hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. If we can't find it, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it has been dispatched, you can return it under our returns policy.

Why did my items arrive separately?

If you order more than one item, they may be sent separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.

Returns and refunds

What is your returns policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Unopened, unused items can be returned for a refund, and faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always covered. Read the full details in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Can I return hair fibres, scalp brushes or hair pieces?

For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair fibres, scalp brushes and hair pieces can't be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. Please check your order before opening it, and contact us before use if anything looks wrong.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@crownfill.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send you the correct return address. Please don't send anything back until we've confirmed it.

Who pays for return postage?

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay.

How long do refunds take?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we aim to process your refund within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

Hair fibres

What are hair fibres?

Hair building fibres are tiny fibres that cling to your own hair to make thin areas look fuller. They are a cosmetic product. They don't change how your hair grows.

Will hair fibres make my hair grow back?

No. Hair fibres only change how your hair looks. If you're worried about hair loss, please speak to your GP or pharmacist.

How do I choose the right shade?

Check your hair in natural daylight, looking at the roots where the fibres will sit. Our shade-matching guide explains what to do if you fall between two shades. You can also email us a clear daylight photo of your hair and we'll help.

Which shades do you offer?

The Instant Volume Hair Fiber Kit comes in ten shades: White, Grey, Auburn, Light Blonde, Medium Blonde, Blonde, Light Brown, Medium Brown, Dark Brown and Black.

How do I apply them?

Start with clean, dry, styled hair. Shake a small amount into your palm, sprinkle it lightly over the thin area, pat it in and blend the edges with a comb. Build up in thin layers rather than using too much. Our step-by-step guide has more detail.

How long do they last?

They stay in until you next wash your hair. A light hold spray can help them stay put through the day.

Will they come off in the rain or when I sweat?

Hair fibres aren't designed to be fully waterproof, and heavy rain or heavy sweating can wash some out. Apply them after exercise, and carry an umbrella if heavy rain is forecast.

How do I remove them?

They wash out with normal shampooing. Wet your hair, lather up twice and rinse well.

Can they stain my pillow or clothes?

A little transfer is possible, particularly if you skip the hold spray or touch your hair a lot. Brushing your hair before bed and using a dark pillowcase can help.

I have a sensitive scalp or allergies. Are they safe for me?

Please check the product details and do a small patch test first. Stop using the product and seek advice if you have any reaction. If you're unsure, email us before you buy.

Applicator and scalp brush

Will the nozzle applicator fit my bottle?

It's made to fit 27.5g hair fibre bottles. Please check your bottle before ordering, or email us if you're not sure.

What is the scalp massager and shampoo brush?

It's a soft silicone brush that gently massages and cleanses your scalp while you shampoo. It's a cosmetic tool and isn't intended to treat hair loss or any medical condition.

Clip-in hair topper

What shade and length is the topper?

The Clip-In Topper is Dark Brown and 14 inches long, with a 5 x 6 inch mono base. It's sold in one shade and one length only.

What is a hair topper?

A hair topper is a small hair piece that clips into your own hair to add fullness at the crown or parting. This one is made with human hair.

Can I return a topper?

Hair pieces are hygiene items, so they can only be returned unworn and unopened, unless faulty, damaged or not as described.
