These terms explain how you can use the CrownFill website (crownfill.com) and buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The store is operated by CrownFill ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@crownfill.com.
2. Our products
We sell cosmetic hair care products and accessories, such as hair building fibres, applicators, scalp brushes and hair pieces. Our products are cosmetic. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent hair loss or any medical condition. If you are worried about hair loss, please speak to your GP or pharmacist.
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look different on different screens, and sizes and measurements may vary slightly. Results vary from person to person.
3. Orders and contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order, but a contract is only formed when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order if, for example, an item is unavailable, there is an error in the price or description, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any shipping we state as free. Prices may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders you have already placed. Customs duties, import VAT or other taxes charged by your country are not included unless we say so at checkout, and are your responsibility. Payment is taken at checkout by the payment methods shown, and you confirm that you are authorised to use them.
5. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Returns and refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to return items and how refunds work. This includes our rules on opened hygiene products, such as hair fibres, scalp brushes and hair pieces, which can only be returned unopened and unused unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. If you live in the UK, this includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you live elsewhere, you may have similar rights under local law.
8. Using our website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you must not attempt to interfere with its security or operation, copy or resell our content without permission, or submit false reviews or information. All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
9. Reviews and customer content
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is honest and based on your own experience, and you give us permission to display it on our site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.
10. Health and safety
Please read any instructions or warnings before using a product. If you have a sensitive scalp or allergies, check the product details and do a patch test where appropriate. Stop use and seek advice if you have any reaction.
11. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
13. Complaints and governing law
If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will do our best to put things right. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and the courts of the part of the UK where you live will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any rights you have under the law of your own country.
